摘要
本文首先介绍了国家工程技术研究中心的定位宗旨、在国家创新基地中的功能定位和主要作用影响,从贯彻落实十八大精神和创新驱动战略的角度提出发展需求,重点分析总结国家工程技术研究中心在管理机制和布局发展模式方面开展的实践和探索,对管理工作提出相关政策建议。
This article introduces the orientation,mission and effect of national engineering research center （NERC） firstly.Then itintroduces the development demand in the viewpoint of the eighteenth national congress of the CPC and innovation-driven strategy.Itmainly analyses and summarizes the practice and experiment of management mechanism and layout mode for NERC.It provides someproposal for management work and policy.
