摘要
本文结合区域创新体系的顶层框架,构建了我国城市群创新体系运行评价的"四三结构",设计了城市群区域创新体系评价的指标体系。通过相对模糊偏差矩阵的计算,从创新主体、创新投入、创新内容和创新产出4个维度对城市群的区域创新体系现状和差异进行了分析,总体上对城市群的区域创新体系进行了综合评价。
This paper establishes a ＂ four-three model＂ that evaluates the urban agglomeration innovation system of our country,and designs an index system that assesses the urban agglomeration innovation system,combining the top frame of regional innovation system.According to the relative fuzzy deviation matrix,this paper comprehensively analyses the current situation and differences of urban agglomeration regional system from the aspects of innovation subject,input,object and output.
