摘要
[目的]考察相同型号(D101)不同厂家生产的大孔吸附树脂对芍药苷的富集工艺比较。[方法]以芍药苷为指标,对树脂的静态和动态吸附、解吸附性能进行了考察。[结果]A、B两个厂家静态吸附和解吸附性能较好,而B、D、E 3个厂家的动态吸附和解吸附性能较好。[结论]不同厂家生产的D101大孔树脂在对芍药苷的吸附和解吸附性能上存在一定的差异。
[Objective] To perform a comparative study about the same type of macroporous resins from different manufactures on peoniflorin enriching. [Methods] Peoniflorin was taken as the index to investigate the resins' static and dynamic absorbtion and desorption performance. [Results] D101 macroporous resin from A and B manufactures had a high static absorbtion and desorption performance, but B, D and E had a high performance in dynamic absorption and desorption. [Conclusion] There are some differences on the enrichment of peoniflorin by the same type of macroporous resins from different manufactures.
