摘要
以1,12,15-三氮杂-3,4:9,10-二苯并-5,8-二氧杂环十七烷为原料,合成了含苯并香豆素缀N3O2大环化合物,其结构经1H NMR,MS,元素分析等表征。通过紫外光谱法和荧光光谱法研究表明:目标化合物通过嵌插方式与DNA相互结合。
A N3O2-donor macrocyclic comp ound bearing benzocoumarin group is obtained from 1, 12, 15-triaza-3, 4:9, 10-dibenzo-5, 8-dioxacycloheptadecane, the structure of which is characterized by 1H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. Interactions of the target compound with CT (calf thymus) DNA have been investigated by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results shows that the binding model is intercalated.
