摘要
综合性高校中二级教务管理工作在兼备教务管理工作的原有的特点外,还凸显出它特有的"二级"的特色:下情上报和上情下达的功能,这类似于动物反射活动中反射弧里的两个组成部分"感受器"和"效应器"的功能。
Educational administration of schools incomprehensive universities not only shows original characteristics of educational administration,but also highlights its unique ＂two＂ features：report the information of lower to superior andvice versa,which is similar to the ＂receptor＂ and ＂effector＂ function in animal reflex arc.
