摘要
首次以认知科学理论为指南 ,对用电业务管理模式和行为进行研究 ,运用其中的逻辑、规则、概念和联接对研究客体进行表征和计算。同时 ,采用面向对象的开发技术 ,对用电管理工作中的业务管理系统进行了研究与设计。为解决业务管理在组织机构、工作流程、处理方式等方面存在的特殊性约束问题 ,提出了类专家系统设计方法 ,使用电业务管理系统从根本上具有了广泛的灵活性。
For the first time,the management mode and action of power consumption business is studied under the guidance of cognition science theory.The logic,rule,conception and connection of cognition science are applied to represent and compute the objects studied.At the same time,the object oriented development techniques are adopted in the study and design of management system of power consumption business.In order to solve the problems of particularity restraint in organization mechanism,work procedure and handling mode of it,an expert like design idea is presented,which makes the management system of power consumption business have wide flexibility,adaptability and universality.
