摘要
在输电网络完全开放的情况下 ,由于电力传输的约束和限制 ,加上上网发电与购电的竞争性 ,在一定的条件下就会发生电力传输阻塞。文中论述了在自由竞争的电力市场下我国电力交易的2种主要方式 (中心交易及双边或多边交易 ) ,以及传输调度的原则 ,同时讨论了在发生传输阻塞时节点的定价问题 ,并提出在不同的电力交易下解决传输阻塞的措施。
Under the environment of deregulating transmission network, plants can bid for generation, and users can also bid for power. Because of restriction and limitation of transmission, and of competition of transaction, congestion occurs in a network under some given conditions. This paper discusses two transaction modes in competitive power market, i.e. central transaction and bilateral or multi transaction, and the principles of transmission dispatch. At the same time this paper studies node pricing when congestion, and provides the measures of raveling out congestion in different transactions.
