摘要
东江水电厂建成于 1989年 ,装机 4台 ,单机出力 12 5MW ,总容量 5 0 0MW ,10多年来为湖南省的经济建设发挥了巨大的作用 ,创造了显著的经济效益。但是自运行以来 ,也出现了不少问题 ,机组振动 ,叶片裂纹 ,尾水管进入门损坏 ,十字补气架被冲掉 ,更为严重的是机组的共振引起大坝振动 ,危及大坝安全。华中理工大学、湖南电力试验研究所、东江水电厂联合对东江电厂 3号机进行的顶盖取水口补气试验和对其试验方法及效果进行的分析 ,可供同行参考。
The Dongjiang Hydropower Station was completed in 1989 with four generating units each with the installed capacity of 125 MW. The Station has played huge role in the economic development in Hunan Province and gained outstanding economic benefits for more than ten years. But since it has been put into operation, many problems have occurred, such as vibration of generating unit, crack of runner's blade, damage of entrance door of tailrace pipe, loss of air supplement support and so on. Especially, the resonance of generating unit has caused the vibration of dam, which endangers the safety of the dam. The East China Technology University, Hunan Electrical Experiment Institute and Dongjiang Hydropower Plant have jointly made the air supplement tests on the cope intake of No.3 generating unit of Dongjiang Hydropower Station, and analyzed their test methods and the gained results that can be used by the persons of the same trade for reference.
