Quasi-stationary Polarization Investigations of Pb-Ag-Sb-Ca Quaternary Alloy Anode during Zinc Electrowinning

摘要 实验在72h恒电流电解过程中,通过暂稳态极化曲线测试方法,在酸性硫酸锌溶液中研究了Pb-0.3%Ag-0.6%Sb-0.06%Ca四元合金阳极的电化学性能,并分析了析氧动力学参数。结果表明,在电解过程中,阳极析氧过电位和析氧动力学参数发生很大的变化,这是因为阳极氧化层存在一个形成与稳定的过程。随着电解时间的延长,阳极材料的析氧过电位呈现不断降低的趋势,电极表面交换电流密度呈现逐渐升高的趋势。 Electrochemical behaviors and oxygen evolution kinetics of Pb-0.3% Ag-0.6% Sb-0.06% Ca quaternary alloy anode during 72 hours electrolysis in acid zinc sulphate electrolyte solution were investi- gated with Quasi-stationary polarization (Tafel) techniques. Results reveal that anodic oxygen evolution overpotential and reaction kinetics change a lot during the electrolysis because it is a process of formation and stabilization of anodic oxide layer.
