The Online Monitoring System of Flux Density and Temperature in the End-Region of Turbogenerators

摘要 为了保证汽轮发电机的安全运行,需要监测其端部磁场和温度分布,为此开发了汽轮发电机端部磁场和温度在线监测系统。系统把传感器技术与计算机控制自动测试技术结合起来,以完成汽轮发电机端部磁感应强度和温度的自动采集和处理,并由专家系统进行计算分析,做出电机工作正常、预警、危险等各种提示。试验表明,该系统自动化程度高,方便准确,能满足现场运行的要求。 To ensure safe operation of the turbogenerator, the distribution of flux density and temperature in the end region is detected. Thus, the online monitoring system of flux density and temperature in the turbogenerator end-region are developed. The system in which the transducer technology and auto--controlled technology are used can acquire and process data of flux density and temperature in turbogenerators end-region automatically, and give instructions of normal, warning or danger for the operation of the turbogenerator through the calculation and analysis by the expert system. The test results indicate that the system is highly automatic, convenient and well precise, and it meets the requirement of operation on site.
