引起言语及吞咽和呼吸障碍的颈部巨大甲状舌管囊肿一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男，56岁。因发现左侧颈部包块30余年于2007年12月1日收入湖北黄冈市中心医院耳鼻咽喉科。患者于30年前无意中发现左侧颈部包块约鸡蛋大小，无吞咽及呼吸困难，未作相关检查与诊治，包块逐渐呈囊型增大，近3、4年出现声音含糊不清，吞咽有异物感，有时呼吸不畅，有压迫感，偶有头昏，局部无红肿热痛及溃疡、渗液。入院查体：神志清楚，生命体征平稳，心、肺、腹部检查未见明显异常。全身皮肤黏膜无黄染及出血点，浅表淋巴结无肿大，
