摘要
选择SV型静态混合器应用于邻硝基氯苯甲氧基化反应中。进行了反应温度、反应压力、停留时间、原料的摩尔配比、氢氧化钠的浓度、甲醇用量的试验，采用静态混合器作为邻硝基氯苯甲氧基化管道反应器代替搅拌反应器。
SV static mixer was selected to use in ortho－ nitrochlorobenzene methoxy reaction. The test of the reacting temperature, the reacting pressure, the staying time, the mole ratio of the raw material, the concentration of sodium hydroxide and the quantity of methanol used was carried out. It can be concluded that the static mixer could be used as the ortho－ nitrochlorobenzene methoxy pipe reactor to replace the agitating reactors.
