摘要
目的探讨WWOX基因和蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征关系。方法收集52例鼻咽癌和25例正常鼻咽组织,采用实时荧光定量PCR和免疫组化染色分别检测WWOX mRNA、蛋白表达。结果鼻咽癌组织中WWOX基因、蛋白表达显著低于正常鼻咽组织(P<0.05)。癌组织中WWOX基因、蛋白表达与分化程度、TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论检测WWOX表达可能有助于鼻咽癌诊断及预后判断。
Objective To investigate the expression of WWOX gene and protein and its relation to clinicopathologic features in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） tissue. Methods Expression of WWOX mRNA and protein in 52 NPC and 25 normal nasopharyngeal tissues was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Results Expression of WWOX mRNA and protein was significantly lower in NPC than that in normal nasopharyngeal tissues （P〈0.05）, and their expression was correlated with differentiation degree and TNM staging （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Detection of WWOX expression may be helpful in the diagnosis and prognostic evaluation in NPC.
