摘要
对建筑的保护是城市历史文化遗产保护规划中最基本也是最重要的内容。从城市特色的角度 ,对建筑的价值、要素进行分类分析 ,将有助于以保护规划措施与条例制定及其实施为目的的保护规划更具有操作性。
Historical building protection is not only the basic but also the important contents in the planning for the urban historical heritage. The analyses on the classification and values of the buildings from the nature of the city is helpful for the working out of the regulations and measures for the preservation plan and their implementation.
