HACCP在无公害肉牛生产中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 HACCP体系广泛应用于食品企业,基于的基本原理,通过对无公害肉牛生产过程中各环节的危害分析,确定了生产过程中的关键控制点(CCP),并且确定了关键限值(CL),制定了有利于监控和纠偏措施的实施程序,为HACCP体系在无公害牛肉生产中的应用提供了理论基础。
