摘要
在冷态试验条件下,于小型逆流喷淋塔脱硫系统上考察了湿式氨法脱硫工艺参数对脱硫效率的影响.结果表明:pH值是影响脱硫效率的主要因素,当脱硫液pH值从4.5升至5.0时,脱硫效率从69.6%增至94.1%,过高的pH值会增大氨逃逸率,适宜pH值为5.5~6.0之间;适当增加烟气停留时间和液气比有助于提高脱硫效率,而提高入口SO2烟气浓度会降低脱硫效率.
Aiming at investigating the ammonia-based wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) process,the influence of process parameters on desulfurization efficiency was experimentally stud- ied on a small scale countercurrent spray tower FGD system, under cold state condition. The re- sults indicated that, the desulfurization efficiency was mainly affected by pH value, which in- creased from 69.6% to 94.1% when the pH value rose from 4.5 to 5.0. The optimal pH value varies from 5.5 to 6.0. Properly increasing the residence time of flue gas and enhancing the liquid- gas ratio was helpful to the desulfurization efficiency. However, the desulfurization efficiency dropped when the inlet SO2 concentration was increased.
