摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT对胃癌诊断的价值。方法 回顾分析我院1998年1月至1999年8月79例胃癌低张水充盈螺旋CT扫描的临床资料。结果 病变检出率100 % ,定性准确率94.9 % ,分期准确性88.1 %。结论 螺旋CT对进展期胃癌具有重要诊断价值 ,在范围及深度等定位诊断上可弥补胃镜的不足 。
Objective To investigate the significance of spiral CT in diagnosing gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data and spiral CT of 79 gastric cancer cases (1998.1-1999.8) were reviewed. Results 100% lesions were discovered. The rate of qualitative accuracy and stage accuracy were 94.9% and 88.1% respectively. Conclusion Spiral CT was of high value in diagnosing gastric cancer, and was better than gastroscope in demonstrating three-dimension of cancer.
