摘要
目的探讨胃粘膜相关淋巴样组织 (MALT)淋巴瘤的临床病理特点。方法应用HE染色及免疫组化方法对11例胃MALT淋巴瘤进行组织学观察 ;结果11例胃MALT淋巴瘤全部示B细胞性淋巴瘤 ,且男性多于女性。结论11例胃MALT淋巴瘤中大多数示低度恶性B细胞性淋巴瘤。本病误诊率较高 。
Objective To analyze pathology characteristics of gastric mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma. Methods The pathology of 11 gastric MALT lymphoma patients was obtained by HE staining and immunohistochemistry methods. Results All the 11cases were B-cell type lymphoma, and male patients were more common. Conclusion Most cases were B-cell type lymphoma with low-grade malignancy.
