摘要
GB/T25198—2010《压力容器封头》中要求对压力容器封头注明最小成形厚度,但对最小成形厚度的计算方法并未明确,导致设计者、制造者和使用者对该厚度的理解产生较大差异。结合工程实际并通过计算验证,确定了一种简便实用的压力容器封头最小成形厚度的计算方法,对压力容器设计制造具有重要参考价值。
The minimum shaped thickness of pressure vessel head is required to indicate in "Formed heads for pressure vessels"(GB/T 25198-2010), but the calculation method of the minimum shaped thickness is not clear, leading to the results that the designers, manufacturers and users have great different understandings in the minimum shaped thickness. Based on practical engineering and statistical verification, a simple and practical calculation method of the minimum shaped thickness for the pressure vessel head is put forward, which has great reference value for the design and manufacturing of pressure vessel.
