摘要
目的 :探讨视网膜母细胞瘤的CT特征及鉴别诊断。材料与方法 :经CT检查及手术病理证实的 15例视网膜母细胞瘤。结果 :眼球内软组织肿块 13例 (13/ 15 ) ,合并钙化 14例 (14/ 15 ) ,眼球外眶内受侵犯 1例 (1/ 15 )。单眼发病 14例 ,双眼先后发病 1例。结论 :肿块内合并钙化为视网膜母细胞瘤的主要CT征象 ,无钙化时应与Coat′s病 ,PHPV等鉴别。
Purpose:To study the CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of retinoblastoma.Materials and Methods:15 cases of Retinoblastoma examined with CT and confirmed by operation and pathology.Results:Soft tissue mass in the globe 13 cases(13/15),complicated with calcification 14 cases(14/15),invasion to orbita outer of the globe 1 cases(1/15).Invasion only one side 14 cases,one after other 1 cases.Conclusion:Soft tissue mass with calcification is the important sign of retinoblastoma,if no calcification showed differentiated with Coat's disease,and PHPV.
