摘要
籍“863”计划十五周年之际 ,本文回顾“863”计划通信技术主题的立项背景和战略目标 ,从网络节点设备、大容量光纤传输系统和移动通信系统等方面介绍所取得的成果 ,简述了一些创新成果特别是在国际标准化方面取得的进展 ,最后展望“十五”计划通信技术方面的研究方向。
On the occasion of 15 anniversaries of '863' program the background and the strategy object of communication technology project of '863' program are looked back firstly. The achievements acquired by communication technology project in aspects of equipments used in network node, large capacity optical fiber transmission system and mobile communication system are introduced. Some creating outcome gained in communication technology project especial the progress in international standardization is also presented. Finally the prospect on R&D direction on communication technology of '863' program during 2001～2005 period is given.
