摘要
本研究通过超滤浓缩技术对鸡新城疫病毒、传染性支气管炎病毒、产蛋下降综合征病毒和传染性法氏囊病病毒的尿囊液进行了 10倍或 10倍以上的浓缩处理 ,并按一定的比例配比研制成四联油乳剂灭活疫苗 ,对鸡的最小免疫剂量是 0 .2 5ml,免疫接种二周后 ,鸡新城疫和产蛋下降综合征病毒的 HI抗体效价分别达到 8log2 和 7log2 以上 ,传染性支气管炎和传染性法氏囊病病毒抗体 S/ P值均在 0 .2以上 ,抗体效价呈现明显的递增 ,抗体水平至少可维持 4个月以上。这一结果证明该试验采用的禽类病毒性抗原的浓缩方法 ,适合鸡新城疫病毒、传染性支气管炎病毒、产蛋下降综合征病毒和传染性法氏囊病病毒等不同抗原液的浓缩 。
The antigenic solutions of Newcastle Disease virus(NDV),infectious bronchitis virus(IBV),egg drop syndrome virus(EDSV)and infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV) were separately condensed by 10 times or more,with the ultrofilter condensing technique in this study.The condensed antigenic solutions were mixed according to a proportion and a tetravaccine against Newcastle Disease,infectious bronchitis,egg drop syndrome and infectious bursal disease was prepared. The minimal immunity dose of this vaccine for chickens was 0.25 ml.Two weeks after inoculation,titer of antibodies against Newcastle Disease and egg drop syndrome virus were separately up to 8log2 and 7log2,S/P's of antibodies against infectious bronchitis and infectious bursal disease virus were more than 0.2,their antibody valencies were evidently increased and lasted for at least 4 months.This result shows that the condensing method of viral allantoid solutions is suitable for antigenic condensation of NDV,IBV,EDSV and IBDV,which sets up a basis for condensation of other viral antigens and preparation of distinct polyvaccines used in veterinary clinic.
