摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在外科学总论教学中的优越性。方法分别用PBL教学模式与传统教学模式(LBL),在临床五年制医学生外科学总论教学过程中进行实践对比,通过期末考核及问卷调查评价比较教学效果。结果两组学生基础理论知识得分、实际操作综合评分实验组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),问卷调查显示学生对PBL的教学模式满意度较高。结论 PBL教学法在外科学总论教学中具有较明显优势,可显著提高教学质量。
Objective To discuss the advantages of PBL teaching method in general surgery. Methods Comparisons are conducted in general surgery on five-year program lnedical student using PBL teaching method and the traditional teaching method (LBL) respectively ,comparing the teaching effect though the final examination and the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. Result To the basic theory knowledge score and the actual operation comprehensive score,The experilnental group were higher than the control group, differences have statistical significance(P 〈0.05). Survey shows that the satisfaction of students using PBL teaching method is higher. Result PBL teaching method in general surgery teaching has nlore obvious advantages,it can improve the quality of teaching significantly.
