唑来膦酸联合不同分割放射治疗骨转移癌患者的临床分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的 研究唑来膦酸联合不同分割剂量放疗对骨转移癌的镇痛疗效.方法 96例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者非随机分为两组.唑来膦酸联合多分割组(A组):50例患者给予高剂量30~60 Gy+唑来膦酸(4 mg);唑来膦酸联合单次分割组(B组):46例患者给予单次剂量8 Gy放疗+唑来膦酸(4 mg).结果 A组止痛有效率为93.1%、B两组止痛有效率为96.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.088,P=0.275 〉0.05).结论 唑来膦酸联合放射治疗骨转移癌引起的疼痛疗效明确,可作为骨转移癌首选的治疗方式,唑来膦酸联合不同分割放射治疗疗效相似. Objective To observe the pain relieving effect of zoledronic acid combined with single and mtdtiffaction radiotherapy schedules for bone metastasis. Methods A total of 96 patients were unrandomly assigned into group A,the 50 patients administered a high dose of 30 ~ 60 Gy + zoledronieacid (4 nag) , and group B,the 46 patients administered a single dose of 8 Gy + zoledronie acid (4 nag). Results At 2 months,the effective rates of the group A and group B were 93.1% and 96.7% ,respectively. There were notsignif- ieant diferenees between the two groups(Z =- 1. 088,P 0. 275 〉 0.05). Conclusions Zoledronie acid combined with radiotherapy for pairfful bone metastases is effective,and can be the first choice. The efficacy is not different between the zoledronie acid combined with different fi'actionation schemes.
