摘要
通过金相组织分析 ,探讨了气化炉炉箅的失效形式及机理 ,认为在本研究所涉及炉箅及其服役工况下 ,过高的使用温度导致材料组织恶化是炉箅失效的主要原因。
An analysis on the failure and its mechanism of gasifier grate was done through metallographic examinations It is believed that due to the grates and service conditions this research concerned,the high service temperature that wersens the structure of the material is the main reason of the failure
