摘要
目的总结中段胰腺切除术的临床经验。方法回顾性分析18例行中段胰腺切除术患者资料,并对手术相关情况及术后并发症、预后进行统计分析。结果平均手术时间(246.0±34.2)min,术中平均出血量(402.0±26.6)mL,切除胰腺平均长度为(53.0±12.2)mm。术后病理结果 16例良性或低度恶性,2例恶性。术后出现腹腔出血1例,胰瘘6例。结论对于胰腺颈体部良性及低度恶性肿瘤,中段胰腺切除术是安全、合理的手术方式。
Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of middle pancreatectomy. Methods The clinical data of eighteen patients who underwent middle pancreatectmy were analysed retrospectively. The operation related conditions, postoperative complication and prognosis were analysed. Results The mean operative time was （246.0 ± 34.2） rain, mean blood loss volume was （402.0 ±26.6） mL,mean length of reseeted pancreas was （53.0 ±12.2） mm. Pathology results after operation showed that sixteen patients were benign or low-grade malignancy tumor, two patients were malignant tumor. One patient had bleeding and six patients had pancreatic fistula after operation. Conclusion For benign or low-grade malignant tumor of pan- creatic neck and body, middle panereatectomy is safety and reasonable surgical approach.
