PICC在极低出生体重儿中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨PICC在极低出生体重儿中的应用效果。方法:将260例极低出生体重儿按前瞻性对照研究随机分为PICC组和外周静脉留置针(PIV)组各130例,观察比较两组并发症、护理人员工作量、经济费用、穿刺次数、家属满意度及新生儿转归情况。结果:PICC组并发症发生率、护理人员工作量、穿刺次数明显低于PIV组(P<0.05),家属满意度明显高于PIV组(P<0.05)。结论:在极低出生体重儿中应用PICC,可明显降低并发症发生率,减轻护理人员工作量,提高穿刺成功率和家属满意度,值得推广应用。
