摘要
本文结合笔者西医内科学教学及临床带教经验,提出以学定教具体实施的几点建议:①采取临床课程的小班学习;②尝试新型"互助式"的学习形式;③加强改革课堂教育和见习实习机制;④鼓励从多角度考虑问题的意识;⑤科研能力的培养。
The author suggested some ways to achieve the goal： （1）Implementation of small class education in clinical course; （2）Try a new collaborative learning form; （3）To strengthen the reform of classroom education and the Medical students＇ probations and practice ; （4）To encourage the students to consider the problems in multi angle; （5）The cultivation of scientific research ability.
