摘要
以商用梁式称重传感器为例 ,阐述了利用 CAD/CAE技术进行传感器设计的方法 .首先 ,在 Mechanical Desk Top (MDT) 3.0软件平台上 ,建立弹性体的三维实体模型 ;然后在力学分析的基础上 ,建立有限元分析模型及边界约束条件模型 ,利用有限元分析软件 ANSYS对弹性体进行计算机仿真 ,得到了弹性体的应力、应变场分布以及变形形态等信息 。
Took a beam load cell for example, presented a discussion on CAD/CAE applied to the design of load cell. At first, Mechanical DeskTop (MDT) 3 0 was used for 3D solid modeling of elastic body that transforms the design into a fully functioning virtual prototype. Then based on mechanical analysis and calculations, finite element models and boundary conditions models were established. The computer simulation for the elastic body was carried out by means of ANSYS. Finally, presented the results of simulation, including stress、strain distribution、deformation and so on, that provided reliable data for designing and manufacturing good quality load cell.
