针对 ＶＢ与 Ｅｘｃｅｌ集成开发应用软件时所遇到的 Ｅｘｃｅｌ对象引用和 Ｅｘｃｅｌ窗口定制进行了说明，列出了示例程序代码、注释和运行结果，并对编程时应注意的问题给予了讨论．
To present how to create the instance of Excel object and customize the user interface of Excel application by VB code when Excel application acts as VB's automation server. In the paper, the code, comments and running results of a sample application are given. Some questions pertain to this subject are also discussed.
