摘要
用Na2CO3代替NaOH作沉淀剂,制备了纺锤形纳米γ-Fe2O3,采用XRD 和TEM对材料进行了表征.经测试,发现材料在300 ℃工作温度下对LPG有选择性检测能力( 对H2的选择系数为4),并具有相当的气敏稳定性.此外,还发现γ-Fe2O3 的气敏机理不仅是体控性机制,在一定温度下,表面吸附氧也起到一定作用.
Spindly nano-sized γ-Fe2O3 particles were prepared by chemi cal co -precipitation method using Na2CO3 as a precipitating agent. Its characteri zation was carried out using an X-ray diffraction meter and TEM. Its resistive changer and gas sensitivity with temperature were measured in various reducing gas, The results indicate that well-spindly nano-sized γ-Fe2O3 with size about 20 nm can be obtained by the above method. The selective detection L PG to H2 was high to 4 times and the detection of the several reducing gas can be realized when the working temperature ranged about 300 ℃. Besides, the gas sensing mechanism of γ-Fe2O3 is not only body cantrolled, but at certain temperature, its surface absorbing oxlygen also plays a role.
