摘要
在主体材料WO3中掺入适量的SiO2可制得平均粒径为37 nm的敏感材料,用该 材料制作的气敏元件对NOx具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性,响应/恢复时间较快.
The gas sensing materials with average grain size of 37 nm was made by adding proper SiO2 to WO3. The gas sensor made by the above materials has high gas sensitivity to NOx and good selectivity, it responses and recovers quic kly.
