摘要
通过热分解法,可制备出平均晶粒尺寸<100 nm的WO3材料,在此材料中掺入适 量的用溶胶-凝胶法制备的SiO2可制得对NH3有较好灵敏度的气敏元件.该元件选择性 好,响应时间短,可作为理想的氨敏元件.
The nanosized material of WO3 are prepared by thermat decomposition ,its avera ge grain size is smaller than 100 nm. WO3 gas sensing materials doped with Si O2 has high gas sensitivity to NH3, the SiO2 powder is made by sol-gel method. It is shown that the sensor can be used as NH3 gas sensor, and i t has good gas selectivity and short response time.
