摘要
近年来,固体润滑涂层在许多领域得到了快速的发展,各种新型制备工艺逐渐成为研究的热点。在综合大量国内外文献资料的基础上,论述了固体润滑涂层制备技术,如烧结技术、电镀技术、PVD技术、CVD技术、热喷涂技术和激光熔覆技术,分析了不同制备方法的工艺及特点,最后指出了目前制备涂层存在的问题及发展前景。
In recent years,solid lubricating coatings has been developing rapidly in many areas.A variety of new preparation process has increasingly become research focuses.Based on the comprehensive for large number of literatures at home and abroad,the preparation technologies of solid lubricating coating are discussed,such as sintering technology,plating technology,PVD technology,CVD technology,thermal spray technology and laser cladding technology.The process and characteristics of different preparation methods are analysed.Finally,the problems and prospects for coating preparation are pointed out.
