摘要
回顾了我国转杯纺纱 ,特别是自排风式转杯纺纱机由原理研究、样机试制 ,经过消化吸收引进国外设备到成批生产具有一定水平的转杯纺纱机的发展过程。通过对国际转杯纺纱发展现状的分析 ,找出我国自排风式转杯纺纱机的技术差距 ,提出研制高速轴承 ,提高转杯纺纱机自动化程度 。
The development course of domestic open\|end spinning machine especially the self air exhaust open\|end spinning machine was reviewed,the course had gone through four stages,that is,from principle research to trial production of model machine to digesting & absorbing & importing overseas equipment and to batch process with a certain technique.According to the analyses of development status\|quo of international open\|end spinning,the disparity of domestic self air exhaust open\|end spinning machine was found out,the key on improving the technical level of domestic open\|end spinning machine is to develop high speed bearing and improving the degree of automatic on open\|end spinning machine.
