摘要
首先建立了一套电网经济性和安全性评价指标体系,采用层次分析法与变异系数法相结合来确定经济性效益各指标的权重关系,采用专家经验法确定安全性效益各指标的权重关系,提出了基于多目标优化理论的电网投资效益综合评价模型,最后以某省为例,对该省各地市的电网投资效益进行了评价。
In this paper, a index system that can reflect e- conomy and security benefits of grid investment was put for- ward. Analytic Hierarchy Process and variation coefficient com- bined method was used to determine the weight of the economic benefits indexes. Expert experience method was used to deter- mine the weight of the security benefits indexes. Finally, based on multi-objective Pareto optimal decision theory, comprehen- sive evaluation method was proposed, and applied to a practical example of one province power grid.
