摘要
以两套水稻籼、粳交 DH群体为材料 ,研究了籼、粳程度及籼、粳基因组的比例与亲和性的关系 ,结果表明 ,两套群体与籼、粳测交 F1小穗的育性与 DH系的籼、粳程度及基因组比例存在相关 ,但广亲和 DH系 (与籼和与粳测交 F1小穗育性均大于 70 % )在籼、粳程度及基因组比例上的特异性不明显。通过 DH系与籼、粳测交 F1小穗育性变异的同工酶位点遗传分析 ,发现籼、粳交 F1代不育性既有位点内等位基因间互作 。
With two DH populations derived from Indica/Japonica cross in rice, the rela tion ships between the extent to indica and japonica and the genome ratio and the com patibility were researched. The result showed that although the spikelet fertili ty of crosses between DH lines and indica testers or japonica testers has correl ationship with the extent to indica and japonica and the genome ratio, t he compa tible DH lines whose spikelet fertilities of testing crosses are all equal to or greater than 70% appeared no regular characteristics in the distribution of the extent to indica and japonica and the genome ratio. Preliminary genetic analysi s of isozyme loci for the variance of spikelet fertility of crosses between DH l ines and indica tester of japonica tester indicated that both allele int eractions at one locus and non allelic interaction controlled sterility of hybr id between indica and japonica .
