摘要
目的:探讨"独取阳明"治疗痿证之肺胃津伤证的疗效。方法:对30例痿证患者根据"痿证独取阳明"治则,予以针刺疗法对30例患者进行治疗并对临床效果予以观察。结果:30例患者中治愈41例占13.3%,显效21例占70.0%,有效2例占6.7%,无效3例占10.0%,总有效率90.0%。结论:独取阳明的方法治痿症之肺胃津伤证疗效显著,是一种很好的治疗方法。
Objective： To investigate the effect of treating flaccid paralysis with lung-heat and stomach-fluid injury syn- drome according to ＂Aims at Yangming Meridian＂. Methods： Treating 30 cases of patients by ＂aims at Yangming Meridian＂ method with acupuncture and observing the effect. Results ： Among the 30 cases of patients, the cured were 4 cases （ 13.3% ）, the markedly were 21 cases （70. 0% ）, the effected were 2 case （6.7%）, the invalid were 3 cases （ 10% ）, the total effec- tive rate was 90%. Conclusion： It has obvious effect of using ＂aims at Yangming Meridian＂ method to treat flaccid paralysis with lung-heat and stomach-fluid injury syndrome, and it is a good treatment method.
