摘要
目前,国内外关于城市大型建筑安全运营风险评估与管理技术方面的研究较少,更没有针对大型建筑安全运营的监测、预警和应急响应一体化风险管理系统。针对大型建筑运营阶段的风险管理特点和难点进行研究,提出了一套集监测、预警、应急响应于一体的风险管理系统框架方案,可实现城市建筑物安全运营风险的有效预测、全程风险性状的跟踪、风险的有效预警,并实现重大风险事件发生时的应急处理。
At present, the large-scale construction operations on urban security risk assessment and management techniques are less studied at home and abroad, and there are no integrated risk management systems for large buildings for operational safety monitoring, early warning and emergency response. For large buildings operational phases of risk management features and difficulties, a set of ploposed monitoring, early warning, emergency response in one of the risk management system framework program is put forward. The system enables safe operation of city buildings to effectively predict risk, the risk characteristics of the whole process tracking, risk level of effective early warning and achieves timely emergency treatment for significant risk event.
