摘要
采用紫外线与2-去氧-D-葡萄糖复合诱变的方法,选育青霉素高产菌株,使发酵效价与总产量分别提高了12.2%和10.9%。
Ultraviolet and 2-deoxy-D-glucose were used to select the high-productive strain of penicillin,so the fermentation titer and total yield increase 12.2% and 10.9%。
