摘要
目的:制订诺氟沙星胶囊质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂进行定性鉴别;采用一阶导数光谱法对制剂进行定量测定。结果:定性鉴别色谱清晰明显,含量测定诺氟沙星浓度在2.5～7.5ug/ml 范围内,线性关系良好,回收率99.98%。结论:方法简便,可靠灵敏。
To esablish quality standards of norfloxacin capsules.Method: To determine the quality of norfloxacin by TLC,to determine the content of norfloxacin by first order derivative spectrophotometry.Results: The spots for identification by TLC were distinct.The quantification mdthod had linear range of 2.5～7.5ug/ ml.The average recovery was 99.98%.Conclusion:the methods are simple,stable and reliable.
