摘要
目的:建立了高效液相色谱法测定感咳舒口服液中盐酸麻黄碱含量。色谱柱为 SciencesInc C_(18)(4.6×150nm S-5μm)流动相为甲醇-0.02mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾(10:90)。用磷酸调 pH2.5,检测波长为207nm;结果:麻黄碱的平均回收率为98.1%,RSD 为0.99%。结论:本方法简单,快速,结果准确可靠。
This paper establishes a high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Gankishu konfuye.Method:The sciences Inc C_(18) Column (4.6×150nm S-5μm) was used as analytical column.The mobile phase consisted of methonol-0.02%moI·L^(-1)KH_2PO_4(10:90)(pH =2.5)with DAD detection at 207 nm.Results: The average recorery of Ephedrine Hydrochloride was 98.1% with RSD of 0.99 % Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and the results is accurate and reliable.
