摘要
藏族在漫长的发展过程中,形成了自己独特的饮食文化。其饮食、饮食禁忌以及饮食礼俗充分体现了人与人、人与自然、人与社会的和谐。因此,可以说,藏族传统饮食文化在悄悄地维系着社会的和谐,同时它也是构建和谐社会的"集体无意识"力量。
The Tibetans have formed their own diet culture in the long process of development. Their diet, diet taboos and diet customs display harmony between man and man, man and nature, and man and society. In another word, the traditional diet culture of the Tibetans contributes quietly to social harmony, and it is also a "collective unconscious" force for the development of harmonious society.
