急性出血坏死性胰腺炎大鼠循环内皮细胞的变化及意义

摘要 目的 测定急性出血坏死性胰腺炎 (AHNP)大鼠血循内皮细胞 (CEC)、白介素 6(IL 6)、一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)含量变化 ,探讨其在发病机制中的作用。方法  5 %牛磺胆酸钠溶液胆胰管注入 ,诱发大鼠AHNP。动态测定CEC、IL 6、NO、ET ,胰腺组织病理评分 (PM)定量分析。结果 AHNP大鼠血CEC早期显著增加 ,CEC与NO、ET、PW、IL 6、PM呈显著相关性。结论 血管内皮细胞损伤参与了AHNP大鼠的发生、发展的病理生理过程。 Objective To determine the contents of circulating endothelial cells (CEC), interleukin 6(IL 6), nitric oxide(NO), endothelin(ET) in rats with acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis (AHNP) and explore the role of CEC in the pathogenesis of AHNP. Methods After the model of AHNP was established with the injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into the biliary pancreatic duct in rats, the changes of CEC, IL 6,NO,ET in blood were dynamically observed. Meanwhile, the pathological changes of the pancreatic tissue (PCPT) were also quantitatively analyzed. The water content in pancreatic tissue (PW) was measured. Results The level of CEC in blood was significantly increased in the early stage. Significant correlation was found among CEC with NO, ET, IL 6 and pathological changes and PW respectively. Conclusion Vascular endothelial cells(VEC) injury involves in the onset and development of AHNP in rats.
