摘要
IEC委员会TC57工作组根据电网发展的新要求，分别针对变电站自动化系统（SAS）和能量管理系统（EMS）制定了IEC61850和IEC61970标识。由于两种标准各自定义了数据模型和通信接口，造成变电站与调度中心之间无法进行无缝通信。针对此问题，该文设计了一种无缝通信体系，并在实验中取得很好的效果。
Under the Commission＇s new requirements for grid development, IEC TC57 working group formulate the IEC61850 and IEC61970 for substation automation system （SAS） and energy management system （EMS）. Both standards each define a data model and communication interfaces, resulting in the substation and dispatch centers unable to communicate seamlessly. To solve this problem, we designed a seamless communication system, and in the experiment to obtain good results.
