摘要
报告 8例施行电视胸腔镜辅助小切口手术 (VAMT)的临床应用 ,其中男 6例 ,女 2例。术后早期无死亡 ,1例术后 12个月死亡。对电视胸腔镜手术 (VATS)中各种原因改为 VAMT进行分析 ,并对 VAMT的适应症、禁忌症和切口的标准等进行讨论。认为此手术方法是目前国内基层医院开展 VATS的过渡或基础。
This paper is to summarize the clinical application of video assisted minithoracotomy From October 1995 to March 2000,VAMT were performed on 8 patients,6 males and 2 females There was no operative death The authors analysized varieties of reason that VATS was changed to VAMT The surgical indication,contraindication and selection of incision were discussed The clinical results indicate that VAMT is an effective safe and imposing minimal injury
