摘要
在AVL发动机台架上使用2台相同型号的国Ⅳ车用柴油发动机对国Ⅳ基础柴油(D1)、商业煤制油(D2)进行了动力性、经济性和排放(CO,THC,NOx,PM)的对比试验研究,2种燃油S质量分数都小于50×10-6。研究发现:使用煤制油后发动机动力性有所改善,燃油消耗有所下降;使用商业煤制油发动机不仅PM,CO和HC排放低于传统商业柴油,而且NOx排放基本保持不变。综合动力性、经济性和排放来看,煤制油是未来替代传统柴油的一个较好选择。
The power performance, fuel economy and emission of stage IV diesel (D1) and commercial coal liquefaction (D2) were compared and studied on stage IV vehicle diesel engines with the same type through AVL bench test. The sulfur content of both fuels were lower than 50×10^-6. The results show that the power slightly improves and the fuel consumption decreases after using the coal liquefaction. Compared with traditional commercial diesel, the PM, CO and HC emission of coal liquefaction reduce and the NO. emission remains almost unchanged. Accordingly, coal liquefaction is a good substitute for traditional diesel.
