预应力锚杆复合土钉墙在云南某基坑工程应用中的改进 被引量:4

摘要 针对云南某基坑支护工程资金有限、工期短等特点,对原基坑支护预应力锚杆复合土钉墙进行如下改进:对于预应力锚杆复合土钉墙的腰梁,在满足其受力要求的前提下,将传统的梯形腰梁改为近似三角形腰梁,并利用混凝土护面将其覆盖;对基坑的东侧支护,采用同一排中预应力锚杆和土钉间隔布置的复合土钉墙技术,从而在保证基坑支护体系质量和安全的前提下,节约了工程造价、缩短了工期。并根据后期监测结果,验证了本基坑支护改进优化设计的有效性、可靠性和实用性,为类似基坑支护工程设计提供一定的参考。 According to characteristics such as limited funding and time limit, etc, the original prestressed anchor composite soil nailing wall of a foundation pit in Yunnan province was improved. The shape of the waling of the prestressed anchor and composite nailing wall was changed from trapezoid into approximate triangle on the premise of meeting the requirements of the bearing force. Improved waling was covered by concrete after jet-anchor execution. Besides, at the east of the foundation pit, the technique of the alternative arrangement of prestressed anchor and soil nailing was introduced. Such adoption not only can promote the quality and safety of the pit, but also reduce the cost and shorten the construction period. Meanwhile, the monitoring results proved that the optimized and improved prestressed anchoring composite nailing wall were valid, reliable and available. The success of practical application of the improved prestressed anchoring composite nailing wall in the pit of Yunnan province can provide some reference to the similar foundation pit engineering.
