摘要
中铁·西安中心塔楼地上51层,地下3层,结构屋面高度222.60m。地上主要为办公用房,地下主要为设备用房和停车场。塔楼为混合结构,采用型钢混凝土柱框架+型钢混凝土核心筒+伸臂桁架体系,核心筒、底部加强区范围内的框架、加强层及其上下各层的框架的抗震等级均为特一级。由于多项指标超限,对结构进行了性能化设计。根据性能化设计目标进行了结构计算及关键构件的分析与设计。
The tower building of China Railway Xi'an Center is 222.45m high with 51 layers above ground used as office and 3 layers underground mainly used as equipment layers and parking lots. The tower building is designed as hybrid structure that adopts steel reinforced concrete column frame-corewall with outriggers. The seismic grade of frames in corewall and bottom reinforced layers, strengthened layers, and frames in layers connecting strengthened layers are special one-grade. According to the conditions that many indexes are out-of-code, performance-based design was necessary. Based on the goal of performance-based design, structural calculation is carried out as well as analysis and design of key components.
