摘要
以原色全叶芦荟冻干粉和罗汉果提取物为主要原料,得到一种具有抗氧化作用的芦荟罗汉果复方胶囊。用体外抗氧化实验确定芦荟乙酰化多糖和罗汉果苷V的科学配比,通过测定吸湿率、装量差异、崩解时限、相对抗氧化速率等指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验考察各类辅料及其用量对胶囊剂处方的影响。结果表明,罗汉果提取物与原色全叶芦荟冻干粉的最佳比例为4∶1,此时芦荟罗汉果复方胶囊的最佳处方为主要原料40%,药用淀粉36%,麦芽糊精9%,微晶纤维素15%,制粒后外加滑石粉2%。
Taking the freeze-dried powder of whole leaf aloe and the Momordica grosvenori extraction as the main raw material,one kind of aloe vera and Momordica grosvenori complex capsules with antioxidative activity was prepared.By the means of antioxidant experiment in vitro,the proportion of two kinds of main drugs,aloe vera polysaccharides and mogroside V.was determined.By measuring the moisture absorption rate,content uniformity,disintegration time and relative oxidation rate,the effects of various excipients and their dosage on capsules prescription was investigated through single-factor test and orthogonal experiments.When the proportion of the main drugs,mogroside V and aloe vera polysaccharides,was 4∶1,the optimum prescription of the capsules was：main drugs 40％,medicinal starch 36％,malt dextrin 9％,microcrystalline cellulose 15％,add 2％ talcum powder after granulation.
